This project was more complex than it may appear! A major feature was the addition of a new garage built beneath the original home—a challenging task from an engineering perspective that required careful planning and execution.

Above, the renovated spaces and thoughtful additions at either end have brought new life and vibrancy to the existing structure. The layout has been completely reimagined, improving both function and flow.

With hydronic heating now installed in the polished concrete floors, the home has been transformed from a cold space into one that’s warm, comfortable, and inviting.
